Je confirme avoir pris connaissances conditions suivantes qui s'appliqueront à la signature du contrat. / I confirm I have read the following conditions that will apply if a contract is signed.

FRANCAIS
1. L’écolage doit être payé à l’avance et au plus tard 2 semaines avant le premier jour du cours.
2. L’inscription est valable pour toute l’année scolaire. Toute annulation doit être remise par avis écrit à l’administration de l’école au moins 1 mois avant la fin du trimestre en cours.
3. En cas d’absence, l’écolage n’est pas remboursé.
4. Les livres et le matériel scolaire sont compris dans l’écolage.
5. Vous acceptez qu’en cas d’urgence, et dans le cas où nous n’avons pu vous joindre, les membres de l’école Bell puissent conduire votre enfant chez un docteur/à l’hôpital, ou appeler une ambulance, pour que les soins médicaux nécessaires soient administrés.
6. Vous confirmez que votre enfant est couvert par une assurance responsabilité civile.
7. Bell se réserve le droit d’annuler un cours en cas d’insuffisance d’inscriptions. Les horaires peuvent également être modifiés si nécessaire.
8. Si l’école doit fermer sur instructions fédérales ou cantonales, tous nos cours en présentiel seront remplacés par des cours à distance (classe virtuelle et/ou activités en ligne ou autres modalités).

ENGLISH
1. All courses must be paid in advance and at the latest 2 weeks before the first day of the course.
2. Enrolment is for the whole school year. All cancellations must be provided in writing to the Bell office at least 1 month before the end of the term in progress.
3. Fees are non-refundable for absence.
4. Materials and textbooks are included in the course fee.
5. You accept that in an emergency, if it has been impossible to reach you first, members of the Bell School are permitted to take your child to a doctor/ the hospital, or to call an ambulance, so that he/she can receive the necessary medical treatment.
6. You confirm that your child is covered by liability insurance.
7. Bell reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolment. Similarly, times or location may also be modified if necessary.
8. If the school must close due to Federal or Cantonal instruction, all courses will convert to an on-line/virtual version.
